CHEF'S CORNER


Firstly, I'd like to say thank you to the executive and the membership for extending my
contract. It is a real pleasure cooking for such discerning clientele, and I'm delighted that
I have many opportunities to explore culinary horizons not normally available in this industry.


Special Requests are always welcome. Special dietary needs or concerns can be easily
addressed with a little notice. Don't forget, if you have a favorite aunt or friends coming
to visit that would enjoy something that may not be on the menu, or you just feel like
something different, feel free to let me know and, time allowing, I will do my best to make the night special.


Concerns. If I was perfect I would charge people to bask in my perfection. However, I
am human and I do make mistakes, and may even on occasion overcook the odd steak. If
your dining experience was not to your satisfaction be sure to let me know and I will try my best to fix it.


The Captain's Table is a seven course culinary adventure that allows 30 guests and I to
explore exciting new foods, revisit old favorites and enjoy good company. Last year the
Captain's table was held Tuesday nights but I found that I needed to dedicate more time
than was available. To that end we have moved it to Wednesday in order that the experience my be further enhanced and refined.

in to the kitchen so you do not miss out.


In closing I would just like to say thank you again for allowing me to be your culinary
commodore and I hope that together we can make SNSYC a dining destination and the envy of other clubs
